Fudgy Dark Chocolate Brownies Recipe

You all know i just adore brownies..I love making them a lot as well. Each time i like to experiment with those beauties..I made this brownies couple days back for my friend nameeta, i am sure you must be aware of her through my korean recipe post. I had some beautiful dark chocolate bar lying in the house, so used that to create this dark and fudgy brownies. And she loved it so much..So here you go to the recipe and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 40 to 45 mins
Makes : 12 pieces


Ingredients:

Salted Butter – 3/4 cup / 170 grams
Dark Chocolate – 1 cup / 170 grams
Sugar – 1 1/4 cup powdered / 250 grams
Cocoa Powder – 1/4 cup / 30 grams
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3/4 cup / 90 grams
Eggs – 3

(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)


Method:

Preheat oven to 160 degree C. Line a 18 cm square baking pan with parchment paper and grease it well with oil.

Now take dark chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl and melt it over a pan of simmering water till the chocolate is melted.

Add in powdered sugar and mix well.

Add in eggs, one at a time. and whisk well.

Sieve in cocoa powder and flour. Mix well.

Spoon this into the pan and bake for 40 to 45 mins till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Now remove it and let it cool for 15 mins.

Now remove it carefully from pan and cool completely.Slice and serve.

Take all your ingredients
Line a 18 cm baking pan with parchment paper and grease it well with oil

add in butter
melt it down
add in powdered sugar
whisk it well
now it is mixed well
add in eggs 
whisk it up
now it is mixed well
sieve in some cocoa powder
sieve it well
Add in flour
mix well
Spoon this into the baking pan
Tap few times so it settles evenly
bake till done
cool it down and remove it carefully
cool it completely
slice and serve
fudgy and dense
Enjoy
taste great with icecream
You can store it in a container at room temp for 2 to 3 days.

    akka dark chocolate means unsweetened or a sweet one is ok for this recipe ,so that can i reduce the sugar measurement.if so how much sugar can be added???

    hi aarthi , insted of 30 gm coco pwd , can i replace in with more 30 gm dark chocolate

    @Bhavya Sivanesanu can use sweet chocolate which is milk chocolate and reduce sugar level to half of it

    We made these brownies and they were a hit. My son is unable to eat SOY. Dark Chocolate is soy free.. For four years he missed his favorite dessert. Now I can make them all the time for him…
