Preparation Time : 10 mins
Freezing Time : 6 hours
Makes : 6 to 8 popcicles

Ingredients:

Strawberries – 2 cup ( i used frozen)
Yogurt / Curd – 1/2 cup + 1 cup
Honey – 1 tblspn + 1 tblspn
Sugar – 2 tblspn + 2 tblspn

Method:

Take strawberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tblspn honey and 2 tblspn sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.

Pour this into popsicle mould and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.

Now take 1 cup yogurt, 1 tblspn honey and 2 tblspn sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.

Pour this over the set strawberry popsicle and set this in freezer overnight.

Now run the mould in water and unmould it.

Serve

Pictorial:
Take all your ingredients
Take strawberries in a blender
add sugar
add honey
add in yogurt
make it into a smooth puree
Take your mould
pour the mix in
fill just half
now it is done
put it in freezer and let it set till it hardens
now take yogurt in a blender
add honey
add sugar
puree till smooth
i didn’t allow it to set for a long time, so my popsicle

done
place the stick in
done
and freeze it
remove from freezer
