Paal Ice, that is what we call it, it is my all time favourite. I used to have it daily when i was little during my vacation. I used to wait for the icecream seller in the afternoon and get this and enjoy it when it dripped all over my hand. GOOD TIMES!
I found so many recipes on the internet of making milk popsicles, but i just want to show you the easiest way of making it. This recipe needs just three ingredients and it is creamy delicious.
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : 3 to 4 popsicles
Full Fat Milk – 2 cup (Boiled and Cooled)
Condensed Milk – 3/4 cup or more to taste
Vanilla Essence – 2 tsp
Mix all the ingredients. Pour it into popsicle mould.
Cover the mould with plastic wrap, make a small slash in the middle, pop a icecream stick in the center.
Freeze overnight. When unmoulding, run the mould under tap water and slowly remove it.
|You need Milk, Condensed Milk and some vanilla essence|
|Take milk in a jug|
|add in condensed milk|
|add in some vanilla|
|Take your mould|
|Pour the milk custard in|
|once it is filled|
|cover it with cling wrap|
|take a knife and poke a hole in the center|
|pop some icecream stick in|
|pop it into the freezer and freeze overnight|
|once frozen take it out of the freezer|
|run it under tap water|
|slowly remove it, ta da|
