You all know my love for fried chicken and saying this, i forgot to tell you one thing, last night i made the best fried chicken in the world. Imagine KFC chicken, the crumb coating, i knocked the secret off. Hubby told me that it tasted exactly the same. Great news right. Have been following your recipes with great interest, and have tried out a few successfully. Keep up the good work! My question: Can I use store-bought ginger-garlic paste instead of ginger paste and garlic paste separately?
Sharanya

Hi Aarthi
Should we marinate chicken in fridge for 2-3 hrs?? r we can mix everything n jus fry
Aarthi
@Ashwini DhanasekarYou can just fry, no problem..but marinating makes it more flavouful and allow the masala to penetrate into the chicken
