    Delicious finger licking honey chilli potato which taste super yummy and is easy to make as well. This is made in a air fryer so it is partially healthy.

    Chilli Potato Recipe 

    Delicious finger licking honey chilli potatoes which taste super yummy and is easy to make as well. This is made in a air fryer so it is partially healthy.

    Simple Potato Roast
    Panch Phoron Potatoes
    Jeera Aloo
    Aloo Butter Masala
    Paneer Cashew Curry

    Air fryer helps to make perfect french fries or any fried item with no oil at all. I have made this balls and many other stuffs with no oil at all. It all turned out perfectly crunchy.

    Chilli Potato Recipe (Dry Version)

    1)Take potatoes in a bowl

    2)Add oil

    3)Add cornflour

    Pin

    4)Add pepper

    Pin

    5)Add salt

    Pin

    6)Mix well

    Pin

    7)Pop this in a preheated air fryer

    8)Cook for 18 mins

    9)Take ingredients for sauce

    10)Take butter in a sauce pan

    11)Add garlic

    12)Add ketchup

    13)Add honey

    14)Add soy sauce

    17)Add chilli flakes

    18)Heat till it comes to a boil.

    19)Now cook this for 1 to 2 mins till syrupy.

    Chilli Potato Recipe (Gravy Version)

    One of my viewer named Meenu bhardwaj requested this recipe..This was sitting in my drafts for more that 3 months, Today is the great day of unveiling this awesome recipe…Chilli potatoes are my all time favorite..I often make the dry version, which I will post very soon....You can cut potatoes in any way as you like, but I like mine cut into french fries shape to make it look fancier..You can enjoy this with fried rice or any thing. I hope you will love this for sure and let me know what you think..
     
    Ingredients:
     
    • Potato - 5 peeled and sliced lengthwise
    • Onion - 1 chopped finely
    • Ginger- 1 tblspn minced
    • Garlic - 1 tblspn minced
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tblspn
    • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblspn
    • Chilli powder - 2 tsp or to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Ajinomoto - 1 tsp or to taste(optional)
    • Corn flour - 2 tsp mixed with some water
    • Oil - 1 tblspn + for deep frying
     
    Method:
     
    • Start by deep frying potatoes till they turn golden. Drain and set aside.
    • Now make the sauce. Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger and garlic and saute for a min.
    • Add onions and mix well. In goes chili powder, salt, sugar, ajinomoto and mix well.
    • Add in soy sauce, tomato ketchup and water and bring this to boil.
    • In goes fried potatoes and mix well. Add in cornflour water and mix well till they turn thick.
    • Serve with fried rice..

    Ingredients
      

    FOR FRENCH FRIES:

    • Potatoes - 2 large peeled and cut in french fries shape
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Cornflour / Cornstarch - 3 tblsp
    • Oil - 2 tblsp
    • Parsley - 3 tblsp chopped finely

    FOR SAUCE:

    • Butter - 2 tblsp
    • Garlic - 2 tblsp chopped finely
    • Tomato Ketchup - 4 tblsp
    • Honey - 3 tblsp
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
    • Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat Air fryer to 180 degree C for 10 mins.
    • Take potatoes, salt, pepper, cornflour and oil in a bowl. Mix well.
    • Put this in air fryer and cook for 15 to 18 mins till golden.
    • Now take all ingredients for sauce in a sauce pan and boil for 2 mins till syrupy.
    • Now take potatoes in a bowl, add sauce and parsley and mix well.
    • Serve hot.
