    Wheat Adai dosa

One night i was craving for adai dosa...For those who is not familiar with adai dosa, it is a mixed lentil crepes, the lentils are soaked for couple of hours then ground to a batter. Then we add onions, coriander, curry leaves, chillies in them and make a crepe like thing. It is so tasty and plus it is rich in protein too, very good for kids.

Okay now coming to the point. I was craving for adai dosa, but i had no time too soak and grind the batter, plus i was lazy. So i came up with this instant adai dosa and it tasted very close to the real one.

    About this Recipe

Ingredients for Instant Wheat Adai Dosa

    Wheat Flour :
The addition of wheat flour adds fibre as well. With 1.8 g of fibre per dosa, these instant wheat flour dosas are an excellent choice for people suffering from heart disease or high cholesterol. Because they are not fermented, they can be consumed as a snack or for dinner by people who suffer from acidity.

    Spring Onion :
Spring onions are very young onions that have been harvested before the bulb has had a chance to swell. The long, slender green tops and small white bulb are both edible and can be eaten raw or cooked.

Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu :

When combined with other gluten-free flours, Gram Flour is a naturally dense flour that lends baked goods a sturdy yet tender texture due to its density and innate binding tendencies.
