Rasam is one of the easiest dish I can imagine…We used to have rasam daily in our house..Mum used to say that rasam is a must because it helps in digestion..
A Typical lunch in our house will have rice, any strong gravies like sambar or vathakulambu some sidedishes like cabbage, potatoes or beans and the important one rasam and to finish everything a little of curd and pickle….
My mum makes rasam in her own way…But mine is totally different…I always make rasam like this..
Now I have discovered another way of making it…That is a recipe from kerala…This has a nice aroma of coconut oil in it which is traditional in kerala..
So hope you like it…
