You may be asking me, Aarthi you have shared so many banana bread recipe in this blog, why another one?

I would say that this is a basic recipe or your go to recipe, if you want to have a slice of bakery style banana bread. Yes it is perfect. You never need another one again.

This banana bread is a simple recipe, it has basic ingredients, but the ratio is perfect and gives you a moist full of banana flavour bread.

I added some walnuts and flax seeds in this and it was so delicious. The bread holds really well. You can make it and freeze them for future as well. Just toast them or warm them in microwave and spread some butter over and you have a perfect breakfast on hand.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

    Hey Aarthi,
Can this be prepared in microwave? I usually make cakes in microwave and it is usually done in 6-7 mins.

Hi aarthi, I make this banana bread in two ways one in oven and another one in pan, the pan cake texture was amazing taste was good but the oven cake top layer get crispy texture. Always all the cakes top layer get crispy I don’t know the mistake. Can you tell me the reason or any idea about the crispyness of the cake. I use ifb oven.
