    Nei Urundai Recipe

Ladoos make a great sweet idea for diwali. Some ladoo is easy to make and some is really complicated. But this ladoo is not only easy but takes minimum time. You can make this from start to finish in less than 15 to 20 mins.

    How to Make Nei Urundai

    • Take a blender. Add in gram dal, sugar, cardamom and blend it until this becomes into a fine powder.
    • Finely chop cashews.
    • Take this in a bowl.
    • Now take ghee in a sauce pan and melt it. It have to become little warm to touch.
    • Pour this ghee on the powdered mixture little at a time and start rubbing with your fingers.
    • Mix ghee evenly over the mixture and start forming tight ladoos.
    • You have to give some pressure to form this ladoos. If you need more ghee you could add more.
    • Place the ladoos carefully on to a plate or a box and enjoy or give as presents.

Mona...Thanks for your comment dear..I am really happy that you tried lots of my recipes...Keep on visiting dear..

And Coming to your doubt..Sattu is not Roasted gram dal..It is a mixture of ground various pulses.Roasted gram dal is just roasted channa dal which is available in super markets..Hope it clear your doubt..

      Thanks
