It is getting hot here. I dont feel like eating anything hot, the one thing which i want is juices, milkshakes, icecream and lots and lots of water..I have started buying tons of fruits. I am making fresh juices almost daily. You can check out my list of juice recipes here..

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Serves : 4
Ingredients:
Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup
Jaggery – 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Icecubes as needed
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cold water as needed
Method:
Take jaggery and water in a sauce pan, heat for a min. Strain it and set aside.
Take all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy.
Serve.
