i put this in freezer till i make the actual cheesecake filling |

Now it is soaked |
Heat it till the gelatin is melted..Sorry for the blur pic |
Now it is melted..Leave aside to cool a bit |

Hi Aarthi
I tried making a Mascarpone Eggless Cheesecake with agar agar. The moment i started beatjng the mascarpone cheese on low speed it just curdled. Why? Because of that my entire cheesecake got spoilt and my cheesecake went waste 🙁
Is it because the cream cheese was having water content that it got curdled.
Hi Aarthi, Can I use marie biscuit instead of digestive biscuit? Also, can I used mixed dry berries? Also, I just have mascorpone cheese… Will this alone be sufficient or addition of cream cheese is necessary?
