Orange Chia Drink Recipe – Orange Chia Seed Juice Recipe with step wise pictures.

Delicious and refreshing summer drink which taste so yummy. This orange chia drink will taste so delicious and yummy.

Do you know! Chia seeds has as much calcium as a glass of milk, more Omega-3s than a serving of walnuts, as many antioxidantsas blueberries. It is one of the highly nutritious seed.

Chia seeds contains,

  • Essential Fatty Acids
  • Protein
  • Vitamins A, B, E and D
  • Minerals like calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, manganese, niacin, thiamine, and others

Ingredients

  • Orange Juice - 1 cup
  • Chia Seeds - 2 tblsp bloomed check this link
  • Sugar - 1 tsp or to taste

Instructions

  • Mix everything together and serve cold.
