I love cooking with paneer often because it taste so awesome and my siblings love this a lot. The cool thing about paneer is, since it is so bland it picks up all the flavours which we add into it..
This recipe is so simple but definitely rich in taste…I served it with paper roast and it was a total hit.You could actually make some chapati or naan to go with it.

I hope you love it and as usual off you go to the step by step recipe with pictures.
Ingrediants:
Paneer / Cottage Cheese-1 packet cubed
Onion-1 large chopped finely
Capsicum / Bell Pepper-1 cubed
Tomato-4 chopped finely
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
Cumin seeds / Jeerakam-1 tsp
Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi-1 tsp
Coriander Powder / Malli Podi-1 tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1 tsp
Oil-3 tblspn
Cream or Milk- ½ cup / 120 ml
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai or pan..Add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Now add in onion cook till golden. Now add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Now add in tomatoes and mix well.Season with salt..Cover the pan and simmer for 10 mins untill oil separates and the tomatoes turn mushy.
Now add in all spice powders and mix well..
Add capsicum and paneer and mix well..Pour some water and simmer for 5 mins.
Pour in cream and mix well.Simmer it for a min and switch off the flame.
Serve with roti or any thing.
Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
spice powders
you will need cream or milk
prepare all veggies
heat oil
add cumin
add onions
when onion turn brown, add ginger garlic paste
mix well
add tomatoes
add salt
cover and cook
untill mushy
add spices
and bell peppers
add paneer
and mix well
add a splash of water
and cream
mix well
serve

colour of a curry depends on the chilli powder and spice powders you are using. It may vary
