Hi aarthi…I love n follow ur recipes…Thanks a lot for step by step recipes…I hav a query…i knw it wl sound quiet silly but had to clear a doubtpls tell me how did u cook onion n tomatoes paste.. in low or high flame???If in ny recipe it's written to cook tomato till oil separates..shall v need to cook in low or high flame??? I hav heard if u cook tomatoes on high flame smell of tomatoes won't go…is it true??? Tia☺
@AnonymousI always cook on medium high when cooking onions. Then i reduce the flame to medium and cook tomatoes for few mins, then simmer and cook till tomatoes turn mushy.
I tried this.too good.I impressed my in laws
What type of paneer is this? We have cottage cheese in Bangladesh. Will that do?
Yes u can use that
Did you add anything for the colour other than chilli powder? Because chilli powder can make the curry spicy..
i used kashmiri chilli powder. which gives colour and not spicyness
