    Potato Corn sandwich

I was thinking what to make for lunch, i felt like having something cheesy, but was too lazy to make pizza because i have to whip up pizza dough and stuffs like that. So i decided to try out a sandwich recipe.. And guess what it was a super hit.

    About this Recipe

A sandwich is a food that typically consists of vegetables, sliced cheese, or meat placed on or between slices of bread, or more broadly any dish in which bread serves as a container or wrapper for another type of food. The sandwich originated in the Western world as a portable, convenient finger food, but it has since spread throughout the world.

Who is the true inventor of the sandwich?

The sandwich is named after John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, an English aristocrat from the eighteenth century. He is said to have asked his valet to bring him meat sandwiched between two slices of bread.

Ingredients for Potato, Peas & Corn Sandwich Recipe :

    Capsicum :
Because of their higher sugar content, red capsicums are the sweetest and highest in vitamin C and beta carotene. Orange and yellow capsicums contain nearly as much sugar as red capsicums, whereas green capsicums have a low sugar content due to early picking, which gives them a slightly bitter taste.

    Sweet Corn :
The sweetness of standard sweet corn is moderate. Silver Queen  and Butter and Sugar are two popular cultivars. Sugar-enhanced corn is sweet and tender, with a sweet flavour that lasts up to three days after harvest.

    Green Chilli  :
The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.
