Easy Prawn Curry Recipe (without Coconut)

Prawn is hubby's favorite. Since many of my viewers have told me that i don't have much prawn recipes in my blog. I have started cooking with them and posting here. This is a simple prawn curry with no coconut. It is an onion tomato based curry and taste fantastic with rice or roti.

Still i have a prawn fry and a prawn biryani recipe waiting for you. So keep checking my blog. I served this curry with wheat kulcha and it was divine.

      Hi Aarthi,
My uncle was undergoing chemotherapy in hospital and was really sick of the terribly bland hospital food he was being subjected to. He came home today and asked if i could make him a prawn curry. Your recipe showed up in a google search and since it didnt involve coconut milk(which i dont have), i decided to go for it. I have never made prawn curry before and i just followed your recipe step by step. It came out absolutely fantastic! My uncle really liked it and i still cant believe that I made this with my own hands!! thanks for this fantastic recipe!

      Cheers.
