    About Prawn Chukka Recipe

Sukka or Sukka is a dry Konkani dish made with fresh chicken/prawn/mutton, masalas, grated fresh coconut, and generous amounts of ghee and onions. Prawn Sukka is an Indian chicken dish from Mangalore and Udupi. The word Sukka is derived from the Hindi word Sukha,; which means dry. Yetti Sukka, or Yetti Ajadina in Tulu, is a delicious prawn preparation from Mangalorean cuisine. It can, however, be prepared in two ways: dry or semi-gravy.

    Ingredients for Prawn Chukka Recipe

    Prawns

They have a slightly crunchy, meaty flavour with a hint of sweetness that makes them popular in Chinese cooking, especially when served as butter prawns at wedding banquets or mixed in with sautéed vegetables like asparagus, sugar snaps, and brocolli. Freshwater is only used to farm tiger prawns.

    Coconut

Coconut meat is delicious and slightly sweet, and it can be eaten raw or dried. It is used to make a variety of products, including coconut milk, cream, and oil.

    Onion

Onions are considered a basic ingredient or the foundation of Indian cooking and are used to make any gravy, curry, or bhuna dish. The flavour and aroma of onion transforms any ordinary dish into a mouthwatering and delectable one.
