Serves: 4
Oil – 1 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – 1 tsp
Curry leaves a sprig
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya podi a pinch
Onion – 1 large sliced thinly
Purple Cabbage – 4 cups shredded finely
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Peas – 1 cup frozen
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard, cumin, curry leaves and asafoetida.
Add in onions and saute till golden.
Add in cabbage and mix well. Add in salt and cook for 6 to 7 mins till it is done.
Now add in spice powders and mix well. Add in peas and mix well
Cook that for few mins.
Now serve.

cover and cook till cabbage is done |
now it is done |
add in spice powders |
mix well |
add in peas |
mix well |
