    About this Recipe

Spaghetti is a cylindrical pasta that is long, thin, and solid. It is a popular dish in traditional Italian cuisine. Spaghetti, like other pastas, is made of milled wheat and water, and is sometimes fortified with vitamins and minerals. Durum wheat semolina is commonly used to make Italian spaghetti. Because refined flour is used, the pasta is
usually white, but whole wheat flour may be added. Spaghettoni is a thicker type of spaghetti, whereas capellini is very thin.

Stir frying is a Chinese cooking technique that involves frying ingredients in a small amount of very hot oil while stirring or tossing them in a wok. The technique originated in China and has since spread throughout Asia and the Western world. In Western cooking, it is similar to sauteing.

Stir frying and Chinese food have been recommended as both healthy and appealing due to their skillful use of low-fat vegetables, meats, and fish, as well as sauces that are not overly rich, provided calories are kept to a reasonable level.

Pasta makes a quick dinner or lunch box dish for your kids. It is healthy and filling at the same time, plus your kids will love it for sure. And you can almost add anything, any vegetables in the pasta. Pasta is quite bland on its own, so it picks up the flavours which you add beautifully.

Ingredients for Stir Fry Spaghetti Recipe

    Spaghetti :

When chewed, good pasta will have a chewy texture with a bounce. These are qualities that cannot be determined until the pasta has been cooked, but if the pasta sticks together after cooking or has a too soft texture when chewed, you should try a different brand of pasta in the future.

    Capsicum :
Because of their higher sugar content, red capsicums are the sweetest and highest in vitamin C and beta carotene. Orange and yellow capsicums contain nearly as much sugar as red capsicums, whereas green capsicums have a low sugar content due to early picking, which gives them a slightly bitter taste.

    Soy Sauce :
Soy sauce is a traditional Chinese condiment that is widely used in East Asia to add flavour to a variety of cooked foods as well as to aid digestion. This is made from fermented soybean paste, roasted grain, brine, and the mould Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae.
