This recipe was developed on one day when i had some leftover macaroni in the fridge and was thinking what to do with it. At first i decided to make a macaroni kheer, but the recipe calls for uncooked macaroni. So i developed this recipe and had it as a tea time treat. It was really delicious and i am sure your kids will love it. This is great to serve for their breakfast, since it has pasta, eggs and veggies in them as well. You can serve this as a after school snacks as well..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
