We make pasta dishes often with different sauces..My sister’s favorite pasta dish is this one..It is a simple pasta sauce with some veggies added to it..It taste awesome too.But this dish is completely different from that one..

It is rich, creamy and delicious dish which you don’t want to eat it often because it increases your waist line..It can be served for parties or any special occasions..You could have some garlic bread with this and it taste awesome..I hope you love it and let me know what you think..

    Ingredients:

Pasta – 2 cups ( any shape of your choice, I used tri coloured fusilli pasta)
    Onion -1 chopped
    Carrot -1 chopped
    Tomatoes -5 chopped
    Green Chilli – 2
    Garlic -6 fat cloves
    Cream – ½ cup
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 3 tblspn finely chopped
    Butter – 2 tblspn
    Salt to taste

    Method:

Cook Pasta in lots of salted water as per package instructions. Drain it in a colander. Set aside till use.

Now heat butter in a pan. Add onions, garlic, green chillies in it and sauté for 3 mins.

Now add in carrots and salt and mix well.Cook for 5 mins.

Add tomatoes and mix well. Cook covered untill mushy. Now switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.

Take it in a blender and make it into a puree.

Return that back into the kadai and add in cream. Mix well.

Add in the pasta and toss well. Garnish with lots of cilantro and serve hot.
