Strawberry Parfait Recipe

Ingredients for Strawberry Parfait

• Ripe Strawberries - 15
• Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp adjust
• Lemon Juice - 1 tsp ( Balsamic vinegar can be used)
• Whipping Cream - 200 ml ( I used whipping cream powder)
• Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar - 2 tbsp
• Chocolate Chip Cookies - 10 (Any brand)
• Dark Chocolate - 3 tbsp grated or as needed

How to make Strawberry Parfait Recipe

1. Take cream in a bowl, add in some icing sugar and whip it till soft peaks using electric beater.
2. Take chopped strawberries in a bowl, add in sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and leave it for 10 mins.
3. Crumble cookies and set aside.
4. Take serving bowl, first put a layer of cookies, then strawberries, then whipped cream. Continue this one more time. Now put some chocolate gratings over the top and chill this whole thing for a hour or so.
5. Serve cold.
