Parfait, the name may sound weird or different. But it is just layered deserts..You can layer it with anything you like..You can use a combo of cake, custard, fruits. But the most popular ones are granola, yogurt and fruits.

This time i made a simple party desert made with cookies, strawberries and cream. It is so rich but feels light on tummy. The combo of chocolate with strawberries and cream is really good and this desert can be made in minutes.
