I have been eyeing on this recipe for a very long time. This is nigella's recipe, i was looking for ricotta cheese to make this, but sadly i couldn't get it anywhere in my place. When we visited goa and we went to a super market there and i was very excited to see ricotta cheese there, immediately i grabbed it and was thinking to make this as well a lemon ricotta cake which i wanted to bake for a long time.
Finally yesterday i made it and it was delicious. I tweaked this recipe a little and it turned out one of the fluffiest pancake ever. I made a quick strawberry sauce to go with it.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
