    Vegetarian Fajitas Recipe

This is another popular mexican dish. Very easy to make and yummy to eat. I made this dish completely vegetarian, but you could add some thinly sliced chicken in the marinate and fry it along with the veggies. You could use some zucchini and eggplant in this. This is a great packed lunch, you could roll it in some foil and take it for lunch to office or school.
