Preparation Time : 10 mins
White Pumpkin / Vellai poosanikai - 2 cup peeled, deseeded and chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Chat Masala Powder to taste
Coriander leaves as needed chopped
Mix everything up and toss well.
