    Milo brownies are super delicious and easy brownies which you can make in less than 10 mins. These fudgy brownies are so good and taste amazing.

    How to Make Milo Brownies at Home

    • Preheat oven to 180 degree c.
    • Butter a baking dish and sprinkle all over it. Coat all the sides, tap off the excess. You can line it with parchment paper if you are using a square baking pan.
    • Take oil, brown sugar, milo and milk in a bowl. Mix together.
    • Now add in baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
    • Add in wheat flour and fold gently.
    • Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
    • Spoon this into bundt pan and bake for 35 to 40 mins. Remove and cool completely.
    • Slice and serve.

    SERVING SUGGESTIONS

    Brownies are best served warm with a scoop of ice cream on the side. You can serve this cold too.

    Serve with any homemade dessert sauces.

    • Salted Caramel Sauce
    • Butterscotch Sauce
    • Chocolate Sauce

    STORAGE SUGGESTIONS

    • You can keep the brownies at room temperature for 3 to 4 days.
    • Store in fridge upto 10 days. Warm in microwave for few seconds before serving.

    • 1 cup Wheat flour (120 grams)
    • ½ tsp Baking soda
    • ½ tsp Baking powder
    • ½ cup Milo
    • ¼ cup Brown sugar (60 grams)
    • ½ cup Oil (120 ml)
    • ¼ cup Milk (60 ml)
    • ¼ cup chocolate chips

    Notes

    • I used milo in this recipe. You can use boost, bournvita.
    • I used whole wheat flour, you can use all purpose as well.
    • Reduce the oil to ¼ cup if you want it less fudgy.
    • I used bundt cake pan to bake this cake. You can use normal square or round cake pan. 
    • Baking temperature depends on the size of the pan so bake accordingly.
