I love it all time..These are spices and so flavourful fries, because it has lots of stuff like curry leaves and coriander and so on..I can bet that this will be your kids favorite after you make it and you will love it too..

OOh Yummy! I used to do this with besan flour.. corn seems crispier and flavored with curry leaves! This was very useful! Thank you :) Enter to win "Copy-Kids DVD Giveaway"

Hi Aarthi, can't thank you enough for the recipes. Every morning I check your website on what to cook! Tried this yesterday. But because my cauliflower was quite soft due to initial steaming, it was still soft after I fried it. While the coating was crunchy, cauliflower was not. My oil level was not too deep either. Just covered the cauliflower. Please advise.

Aarthi, missed asking 1 more question - another blogger added yogurt instead of water. Does this make a difference? If yes, what are the differences? Thanks.

@Anonymousi dont usually add curd. i use water.

Aarthi said...

@Anonymousthe oil should be hot when you fry them, so it will turn crispy
