I think i have linked up all pizza recipes..I know you are ready to make some pizzas. But before that make sure you have pizza dough on hand. I have two different kinds of dough recipes too. A Basic Pizza Dough for those who want to make plain normal pizzas..But for you all who want to have something healthy, try out my Whole Wheat Pizza Dough. Similar to dough, you need to have a good sauce for your Pizza. I have a Simplest Pizza Sauce for you all, if you want to try something different, then make my Cilantro Pesto. So i have all links sorted out for you, now it is your turn to make some yummy pizza..Try this cheesy one and let me know how it turns out for you.

Preparation Time : 30 mins
Resting Time : 2 hours
Makes : 1 large pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough - (Regular or Whole Wheat) I used Regular
Pizza Sauce / Tomato Ketchup - as needed
Bell Pepper / Capsicum - Red, Green & Yellow
Onion - 1 small sliced
Black Olives - 2 tblspn Sliced
Mozarella Cheese - 2 cups or as needed
Oregano -  1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 2 tblspn

Method:

Preheat the oven to 250 Degree C/ 500 Degree F.

Make pizza dough. Now divide the pizza dough into 3/4 portion and 1/4 portion.

Spread the 3/4 dough into a large round using a rolling pin.

Transfer that into a foiled lined greased tray. Now take a fork and prick the rolled out pizza.

Now spread a cup of grated cheese over the pizza leaving a border.

Now take the 1/4 portion of the dough and spread into round smaller than the first round.

Place this over the cheese topped round, use a fork to prick the top of the pizza.

Now seal around the corners. Refer pictures for understanding.

Once it is sealed spread the sauce over the top layer, arrange the veggies, olives.

Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with chilli and oregano.

Now drizzle a good amount of olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins.

Slice and serve.

Notes:

1)Pricking the dough is very important, i forgot to do that, so the pizza puffed up when it baked.

2) The more cheese you add, the more gooeyness you get on your pizza.
3)You can top it what ever filling you like, try chicken, mutton, prawn or anything.

  17. Arthi I jus tried this jus now
I made two blunders in otg
1)in between of 10 mins of cooking of the pizza I turned to two coils n fan heating
2)actually set for 25 mins of total cooking time for the pizza but then extended another 5 mins when it wasn't done in 15 mins of cooking so a total of 30 mins and the last 10 mins I forgot to check on it .....
After the sound of the alarm opened to see that it was burnt too much ...what' a shock I had....was so down ....my first time didn't turn out good 😁
