    I love popsicles a lot, they are not only easy to make, but so much fun to make. I try them with all fruits and this is so far my favourite popsicles of all time. It is made with mint and lemon and it taste so fresh and makes you refreshing after you have it.

    The ingredients which you add in this is truly to your taste. You can increase or decrease it as per you wish. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

    Ingredients for Mint & Lemon Popsicles Recipe

    • Mint Leaves - 2 cups
    • Simple Syrup - 1 cup or to taste
    • Lemon Juice - 2 to 3 tblspn or to taste
    • Water - 1 cup 
    • Sugar - 1 cup
    • Water - 1 cup
     

    How to make Mint & Lemon Popsicles Recipe

    1. Start by making simple syrup, take sugar and water in a sauce pan, heat till the sugar dissolves and comes to a boil. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Store it in a bottle in fridge for many many months.
    2. Now take the other ingredients and simple syrup in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
    3. Transfer this into a pourable jug, and fill the popsicle moulds. Dont fill it too much.
    4. Pop this in the freezer and freeze for 6  to 8 hours. I froze it overnight.
    5. When you want to serve, run the mould in water and carefully remove it from case.
      Serve.

    Mint & Lemon Popsicles Recipe step by step pictures

    Start by making simple syrup..Measure equal amount
    of sugar and water
    take sugar in a sauce pan
    Pour water over it
    Heat it and bring it to a boil
    Once it comes to a boil, take it off the heat and allow
    it to cool..
    You can refrigerate for many many months
     
    Now take your other ingredients
    Take a bunch of fresh washed mint leaves in a blender
    add in simple syrup, this depends on your taste..
    squeeze in some lemon juice..this too depends
    on your taste
    add some water
    make it in to a fine puree
    i poured this in a jug for easy filling moulds
    This is the mould which i use
    fill them
    dont over fill, because as this freezes it expands a little
    cover it up
    time to freeze
    I freezed it overnight
    the next day, remove them from freezer
    run some tap water all over it
    this will make the popsicles slide out easily
