No Yeast Instant Pizza Dough Recipe / How to Make Pizza Dough Without Yeast



I have a fool proof pizza dough recipe which is my life saver, i use that and nothing else when i need to make pizzas or buns or calzones or anything. But many of you asked me to share a yeast free version of pizza dough. So i came up with this instant pizza dough recipe with no yeast and it is a hit. The crust turned out to be crispy and chewy at the same time.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 10 mins

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1.5 tblspn
Water as needed

Method:

Take flour, baking powder, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well using a fork.

Now add in water and make it into a soft sticky dough.

Now sprinkle in some flour over it and knead it to a soft dough.

Knead it for 5 mins or so.

Now leave the dough to rest for 5 to 10 mins

Use this in your recipe.




I USED THIS DOUGH IN MY CHEESE BURST PIZZA

Pictorial:
Take all purpose flour in a bowl


Add in baking powder


Add little salt


Add in some oil


mix well using a fork


Now add in some water


mix well


make it into a little sticky dough


Now add little flour to it and knead to a soft dough


Just keep kneading, it will get into a soft dough..
You should knead this around 5 mins
So it will get into a soft smooth dough, Just like this..


Leave this to rest for 5 to 10 mins


Done


You can use this in your pizza recipes

  5. How hard should the dough be? should it be tighter than a chappati dough..?

  6. @AnonymousNo it has to be very very soft. if it is hard then it will give you a denser and hard crust. the soft smooth dough will give you soft and chewy crust

  7. awesome aarthi.i tried making pizza yesterday with this recipe and it was great.my kid loved it.it was jus like eating at pizza corner or pizza hut. less time consuming too.great.pls share more baking recipes without yeast. soooper work aarthi

  11. I am a novice. I want to use this base to make smoked salmon pizza. I bake d base separately cos d recipe asks for cream cheese as a base.if yes then what r d oven settings. Thanks so much
