    Sandwich Uthappam Recipe with step by step pictures. This is a tasty and nutritious choice sandwich recipe which can be taken for breakfast.

    Sandwich Uthappam

    This is one of the simplest recipe you can ever make. It is plain uthappam but taste so delicious with the pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves sprinkled over it. Taste great with green chutney.

    Ingredients for Sandwich Uthappam

    • Dosa Batter - as needed (Recipe here)
    • Butter as needed
    • Onion - as needed chopped finely
    • Tomato - as needed chopped finely
    • Capsicum / Bell Peppers - as needed chopped finely
    • Pav Bhaji Masala or Garam Masala as needed
    • Green Chutney as needed (Recipe here)

    Simple to make and taste delicious. I have another variation where i stuff it potato masala. Will share it soon.

    How to Make Sandwich Uthappam

    1. Heat a tawa. Spread dosa batter over it, spread it evenly.
    2. Add some butter and green chutney. Spread it over.
    3. Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, capsicum, pav bhaji masala over it .
    4. Spoon some more dosa batter over it and spread it. Cook till bottom crisp up.
    5. Dollop some butter over it, flip over and cook till the bottom is done. Cook on low heat.
    6. Remove and spread some butter.
    7. Cut into wedges and serve.

    Take all your ingredients

     

    You will need some green chutney..Recipe here

     

    You will need some dosa batter..Recipe here

     

    Take a ladleful of dosa batter

     

    pour it in

     

    spread it

     

    now it is evenly spread

     

    add a dollop of butter

     

    spoon some green chutney

     

    spread it

     

    sprinkle some onions

     

    and some capsicum

     

    and some tomatoes

     

    sprinkle some garam masala powder or
      pav bhaji masala powder

     

    now it is done

     

    take some dosa batter

     

    spoon in

     

    spoon some butter over it

     

    cook till the bottom crisp up, flip over and cook

     

    now it is done

     

    spread some butter over it

     

    Cut into wedges, Serve
