This is my lil one's favourite snack. It is a paneer popcorn and it taste so yummy. Crunchy and soft. You have to try this for your kids. Since i made this for my little one, i didn't add much spices and kept it plain and simple. She loved it so much.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins
Paneer - 200 grams cubed
Oregano - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1/4 cup
Bread Crumbs as needed
Oil for Frying
Cube paneer, add salt, chilli flakes and oregano and toss well.
Mix all purpose flour with salt and water to make a thin paste.
Dip paneer in this paste and coat in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil. Serve hot.
