Paneer Popcorn Recipe – Popcorn Paneer Recipe

This is my lil one’s favourite snack. It is a paneer popcorn and it taste so yummy. Crunchy and soft. You have to try this for your kids. Since i made this for my little one, i didn’t add much spices and kept it plain and simple. She loved it so much.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins
Serves: 4


Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 grams
cubed
Oregano –  1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes –
1 tsp
Salt to taste
All Purpose Flour /
Maida – 1/4 cup
Bread Crumbs as
needed
Oil for Frying
Method:
Cube paneer, add
salt, chilli flakes and oregano and toss well.

Mix all purpose flour with salt and water to make a thin paste.
Dip paneer in this
paste and coat in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil. Serve hot.

take flour in a bowl..add salt
add water and make it into a paste
take your stuffs
dip paneer in flour mix
coat in breadcrumbs
done
drop in hot oil
fry till golden
