Spread the Joy!
I love granita, in my opinion it is a guilt free icecream. Because it is cooling and gives the satisfication of eating a icecream but without the calorie. It is just fruit pulp freezed and scraped to form a sand like crystal which taste like heaven. I have already shared a watermelon granita and grape granita.
I just want to share different versions of granita here. I had two cantaloupe which hubby picked during our last supermarket visit, i made a cantaloupe lemon cooler and this. So here is my cantaloupe version. I made this yesterday and it turned out great. Loved it to core, give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
