A very easy ladoo made using sattu flour which naturally cools our body. This ladoo is not only easy to make but is very very tasty.
Sattu flour is very new to me. I have seen about it so many times in so many other websites. But have never tried it. So last time when i found this on the super market shelves i grabbed a packet to try it. Actually sattu flour is nothing but roasted chickpea flour or bengal gram flour. It has a unique nutty taste to it which is delicious. It makes perfect sarbath, drink or like this ladoo.
I have already made a drink, ladoo, cheela. Will soon try few more recipes like paratha. Let me know if you have ever tried sattu flour and what recipe do you make with it.

- Sattu Flour - 1 cup
- Powdered Jaggery - ¾ cup
- Ghee - ⅓ cup
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Take sattu flour in a dry pan and toast them for 3 to 4 mins till it gets hot and toasty.
- Take it in a bowl.
- Add all ingredients to it and mix well.
- Take small portion and shape it into ball or ladoo.
