I want you all so do a favour, just tell me what all simple microwave recipe you want me to share here, so i can work on it

This is a sweet which i made today. I made it sugar free, i have already posted a sugar free dates ladoo and this my second one..I hope you will love this as much i did..I made this in microwave, but you can equally make this in stove, i have given that recipe too. So try this out and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 1 min
Cooking Time : 8 to 10 mins

Ingredients:
Dried Figs / Anjeer – 1.5 cups
Dates – 1.5 cups pitted
Badam / Almonds – 1/4 cup
Pistachio – 1/4 cup
Cashews – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Poppy Seeds / Kasa Kasa / Khus Khus – 1 tblspn
Ghee – 3 tblspn
Method:
Take figs and dates in a microwave safe bowl. Add in milk and pop it in microwave and cook for 2 mins. Remove it, take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
Take all the nuts and chop it finely and set aside.
Now in the same micro safe bowl, add in 2 tblspn of ghee and add in all the chopped nuts, mix well, pop it microwave for 1 mins. Remove it and drain the nuts in a bowl.
In the remaining ghee, add the pureed figs and dates. Mix well.
Pop this in microwave and cook for 2 mins. Remove it and mix well.
Pop this again in microwave and cook for 2 mins. Remove it and mix well.
Remove it from microwave and add in a tblspn of ghee and mix. Now pop this again in microwave and cook for 1 min.
Now it must have left the sides of the bowl. Add in nuts and mix well. If it didn’t leave the sides of the pan you have to cook it for 1 more min.
Line a tray with foil, grease it with a tsp of ghee. Now add in the dates mix and smooth it with the back of the spoon.
Set it in fridge for a hour till it is properly set.
Remove it and peel off the foil. Cut it into squares.
Serve.

Stove Top Method:
1)Soak figs and dates in hot milk for 15 mins. Now take it in blender and make it into a fine puree.
2)Heat ghee in a kadai, Add in nuts and fry them till golden, drain and set aside.
3)In the remaining ghee, add in pureed dates and mix well. Cook on low to medium heat for 10 mins till it leaves the sides of the pan.
4)Now add in fried nuts and mix well.
5)Transfer that to a grease foil tray and smoothen the top.
6)Chill it for a hour or so and cut it. Serve.

Notes:
1)You can cook the figs and dates in water if you want to store it for longer time.
2)Each microwave varies by heat, so cook till the mix leave the sides of pan.
3)My microwave has 800 watts and it took my 5 mins.
