    Ingredients for Easy Khoya Burfi

    • Khoya / Mawa - 1 cup grated
    • Sugar - 3 tbsp
    • Ghee - 1 tsp
    • Cardamom Powder / Yelakai podi - ½ tsp
    • Nuts - 3 tbsp ( I used pista, badam, cashews)
    • Saffron a pinch
    • Milk - 1 tbsp
This recipe calls for only khoya, sugar and nuts. I added some saffron to make it aromatic and tasty. The addition of fried nuts gives a little crunchy taste to it.
