    Apple Crumble Recipe

Apple crumble is one of the recipe which was in my mind for months. I wanted to bake it so badly each time i buy apples. Couple days of back, i got my hands on some lovely juicy apples. So decided to give it a try and the result was amazing.

The topping which i made is purely based on my taste, i made it less sweet because i don't like recipes which are too sweet, that you feel like you will get diabetics as soon as you finish the bowl. You can use some demerara sugar in this, it will give a nice crunchy topping. I also added some walnuts in my crumble to give a crunch.

It is really important to use good juicy, crisp apples for this recipe. Because you want the apples to stand out for this. You don't want some mushy and disintegrated apples all over the dish. And it is really important to served this warm apple crumble with cold vanilla ice cream. I asked hubby dear to get me some ice cream when i started to make this. He too got me the best quality ice cream. Each spoonful is like heaven for me.
