    Looking for a delicious simple snack made using potatoes. Then these are the answers. The potatoes are sliced thinly and tossed with a herb oil. Then these are stacked with some cheese in a muffin pan and baked till crispy and golden.

    If you are looking for a delicious simple potato cups then these are answer. It calls for simple ingredients and taste so yum. The top of the potatoes are crispy and the inside is tender.

    • potatoes
    • cheese
    • dried herbs
    • seasonings
    • olive oil or butter

    You can sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the potatoes before baking for more crispy texture.

    HOW TO MAKE POTATO STACKS AT HOME

    • Peel and slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline. Chop garlic really fine. Set aside.
    • Take oil in a bowl, add in all the ingredients except cheese in and mix well.
    • Add the potatoes in toss well in the oil.
    • Take a muffin pan. Place couple slices of potatoes, sprinkle little cheese over it. Then top with couple more slices of potatoes and sprinkle more cheese, add couple more slices of potatoes and more cheese and some more potatoes and finally top with more cheese.
    • Now pop this in a 180 degree c preheated oven and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
    • Remove and let it stand for 5 mins before un moulding and serving.

    TIPS & TRICKS

    • Make sure you choose potatoes that fits your muffin mould.
    • Slice the potatoes using a mandolin slicer.
    • You can use any cheese as you like, cheddar, gruyere or anything you prefer.
    • Instead of olive oil you can use melted butter.
    • Use any spices and dried herb as you like.
    • Finely chopped fresh parsley can be added as well.

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 large Potatoes
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
    • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 6 cloves Garlic chopped finely
    • 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
    • 2 tsp Garlic powder
    • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
    • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
    • Salt
    • Black Pepper powder
