    Basic Cheese Sauce Recipe / Cheese Sauce For Cheese Burst Pizza

     Check out, How this cheese sauce is transferred into a molten cheese center in my Dominos Cheese Burst Pizza..

    This is a simple cheese sauce which i made for my attempt in trying dominos cheese burst pizza. This sauce is perfect one for that, but it taste great when served as a dipping sauce for boiled veggies, chips or anything.

    There is so many version of cheese sauce you can make. This one is a very basic version. Will share my different version soon.

    Preparation Time : 5 mins
    Cooking Time : 5 to 7 mins
    Makes : 1 cup of sauce
    Ingredients:

    Cheese - 1 cup grated ( I used cheddar)
    Milk - ¾ cup
    Cornflour / Cornstarch - 1 tblspn
    Salt to taste

    Method:

    Grate cheese in a bowl and sprinkle cornflour over it. Toss well and set aside.

    Bring milk to a boil in a sauce pan.

    Add in the cheese and mix well slowly on low heat. It will melt and gets smooth.

    Add salt if needed.

    Serve as dipping sauce or cheese spread for sandwiches or stuffing in pizza.

          I USED THIS SAUCE IN MY CHEESE BURST PIZZA

    You will be needing, milk, cornflour, salt and some cheese
