Hey Aarthi! Love your blog! Came across it quite recently and it's been a real find =) Can't wait to try this brownie recipe. Could you please list the brands of chocolate you used? Or should I just use the normal chocolates like Dairy Milk, Milky bar etc?

hi aarthi..i simply love all your recipes! I tried this recipe and it tasted amazing but the only problem was that the brownies stuck really badly to the wax paper. i greased the paper before pouring the batter in as per what you said. How can i prevent this in future?
