    Spicy Egg Omelette Wrapped on a tortilla which is a perfect go to breakfast or snack. This is delicious and your kids will love it. It makes perfect lunch box recipe as well.

    Egg Omelette Wrap 

    This has become my favourite wrap, It is so easy to make, it is just a spicy masala omelette wrapped inside a tortilla. The addition of crunchy lettuce gives this wrap its unique taste.

    This wrap is pretty easy to make and it taste really healthy and filling. I made this for my hubby to take on his travel and he simply loved it. It is less messy and easy to eat during travel..This is great to put in your kids lunch box as well.

    Ingredients for Egg Omelette Wrap

    • Chapati or Tortilla - 8 to 10
    • Eggs - 8
    • Oil - 1 tblspn + more for omelette
    • Onions - 1 large chopped finely
    • Tomatoes - 1 large chopped finely
    • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
    • Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
    • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
    • Tomato Ketchup for spreading over chapati
    • Ice Berg lettuce sliced thinly for topping

    How to Make Egg Omelette Wrap

    1. Heat oil in a pan,  in onions, green chillies and saute till golden.
    2. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
    3. Add in tomatoes and cook for couple of mins.
    4. Season in salt and other spice powders and mix well. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
    5. Pour this over eggs and give a good mix.
    6. Now heat oil in a nonstick pan and pour a ladleful of egg mix in it and cook for few sec. flip over and cook on other side as well.
    7. Make 7 more omelettes.
    8. Lay a tortilla in front of you, spread ketchup over it, spread it evenly. Place a omelette on top and top with some sliced ice berg. Roll it and wrap it in foil.
    9. Put it in lunch box or eat immediately

    Ingredients

    • Chapati or Tortilla - 8 to 10
    • Eggs - 8
    • Oil - 1 tblspn + more for omelette
    • Onions - 1 large chopped finely
    • Tomatoes - 1 large chopped finely
    • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
    • Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
    • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
    • Tomato Ketchup for spreading over chapati

    Instructions

    • Pour this over eggs and give a good mix.

    • Make 7 more omelettes.
    • Lay a tortilla in front of you, spread ketchup over it, spread it evenly. Place a omelette on top and top with some sliced ice berg. Roll it and wrap it in foil.
    • Put it in lunch box or eat immediately

    Egg Omelette Wrap Step by Step

     
    Take all your ingredients

     

    i made some chapatis

     

    Heat oil and add in onions and chillies

     

    saute for a min

     

    add in ginger garlic paste

     

    cook for few mins

     

    add in tomatoes

     

    cook till it softens a little

     

    add salt and spice powders

     

    mix well

     

    add coriander leaves

     

    mix well

     

    crack open the eggs

     

    spoon the masala in

     

    whisk well

     

    heat oil in a pan

     

    pour ladleful of egg mix in and cook for few sec

     

    flip over and cook

     

    slice some lettuce

     

    Lay a chapati over a sheet of foil

     

    spread some ketchup

     

    spread evenly

     

    place the omelette over it

     

     

     

    sprinkle some lettuce

     

    start rolling

     

    it is rolled

     

    now fold one end

     

    now start rolling

     

    once it is completely rolled

     

    fold the other end

     

    like this..so it will be easy for unwrapping and eating
