Amazing idea, this idiyappam is not only healthy but also tasty, attractive and colourful, my kid dislikes the plain white idiyappam as it is not attractive. my son is a big fan of noodles, but I have stopped buying them since the Maggie issue. Whatever claims they make about their noodles, they still add lot of chemicals, preservatives and msg.
