Chat Masala Cup Corn

Steamed sweet corn is my hubby and lil one's favourite. It is sweet, hot and taste each time different with different toppings. I have already shared a buttered sweetcorn before, this one is flavoured with chat masala. I have some more variation which i will share quite soon.

Ingredients

• ▢ 2 cups Sweet Corn I used frozen
• ▢ 1 tsp Chat Masala Powder
• ▢ 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• ▢ Salt to taste
• ▢ Pepper to taste
• ▢ 2 tsp Butter

Instructions

• ▢
  Take sweet corn in a microwave safe bowl, Microwave it for 3 mins.
• ▢
  Add in all the ingredients and mix well.
• ▢
  Serve immediately.
