Pomegranate Raita Recipe – How to make Pomegranate Raita

Whenever you make any spicy dishes, the perfect cooling company for it will be raita..This raita i made with pomegranate and it is one of my fav..

I added some roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt in the yogurt to give a diff flavour and taste to this..
I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves : 4

Ingredients:

Pomegranate – 1 cup seeds
Yogurt / Curd- 2 cups
Salt to taste
Sugar -1  tsp
Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp or to taste
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves / Cilantro – 4 tblspn finely chopped

Method:

Take yogurt in a bowl, beat it well with a whisk till smooth.

Add all ingredients and mix well.

Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Serve.

Take all your ingredients
take a pomegranate
cut it open
bash the top using a heavy spoon so the seeds fall off
collect it in a bowl
take yogurt in a bowl
whisk well so it is smooth
now it is well mixed up
add little salt and sugar
add in roasted cumin powder and chilli powder
add in chaat masala powder
add it in
add some black salt
add a little
mix well
add in pomegranate seeds
add in chopped coriander leaves
mix well
