Whenever you make any spicy dishes, the perfect cooling company for it will be raita. This raita i made with pomegranate and it is one of my fav.
I added some roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt in the yogurt to give a diff flavour and taste to this.

Ingredients for Pomegranate Raita
- Pomegranate - 1 cup seeds
- Yogurt / Curd- 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Sugar -1 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder - 1 tsp or to taste
- Black Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves / Cilantro - 4 tbsp finely chopped
How to make Pomegranate Raita
- Take yogurt in a bowl, beat it well with a whisk till smooth.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Serve.

Pomegranate Raita Recipe (Anar Raita Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pomegranate
- 2 cups Yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder or to taste
