I crave for burger very often, each time i make them differently and this is my latest addition. It has crispy chicken patties in them and taste really moist and juicy.

A burger in American English is any two pieces of bread with filling, including rolls and buns; in British English (and some other national English varieties such as those of Australia and New Zealand), the word burger is defined more narrowly, requiring the pieces of bread to be sliced from a loaf, and a roll or bun with filling would not be
called a sandwich. In the United States, a bun with a cooked chicken breast as filling is commonly referred to as a chicken sandwich; however, in Australia and New Zealand, such a dish is not considered a sandwich and is commonly referred to as a chicken burger instead; most Americans would not consider such a dish to count as a burger, because Americans generally consider a burger to require a patty
made from ground/minced meat.

Ingredients for Chicken Burger Recipe
Boneless Chicken Breast :
Chicken breasts are prone to drying out when overcooked, so they should be cooked quickly over high heat. Cooking chicken breasts in a skillet, stir-frying, roasting/baking, or grilling are the best options.
Burger Buns :
Typical burger bun ingredients include flour, sugar, eggs, yeast, and butter. While sweet bread was traditionally used, a variety of whole wheat and savoury varieties are now available. A burger bun can be long and skinny, short and round, or any other shape or size.
Red Chilli flakes :
Dry red chilli flakes are a spice made from a mild red pepper in the Capsicum annum family. Depending on the variety of pepper and whether the hotter seeds and spongy tissue are included, the flavour ranges from sweet and mild to hot.
How to Make Chicken Burger at Home
- Take chicken and cut into cubes. Take it in a blender and pulse few times so it is minced. Now take this in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and give a good mix. Now you can use round shape and shape the burger patty or just use your hands.
- Now arrange the breading and dunking station. In a plate mix all purpose flour with little salt and pepper. In a bowl mix cornflour with salt and pepper and water and make it into a thin paste. Now in another plate mix breadcrumbs with some salt and pepper and set aside.
- Now take the patty, coat in all purpose flour, then dip in cornflour mix and coat in bread crumbs.Now dip again in the cornflour mix and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside in a plate and chill this for 30 mins.
- Now heat oil for deep frying, drop patties in hot oil and fry till golden. Drain it and set aside.
- Now take your burger buns and toast them either in a pan or oven. Now spread some mayo on one side and ketchup on other side. Place lettuce on the bottom, tomatoes and the fried patties them top with cheese and cover with other bun and serve.
- Serve with ketchup.

Ingredients

- Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Cheese - ½ cup grated

- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
- Cornflour - 5 tblspn
- Bread Crumbs - 2 cup or as needed
- Salt to taste

- For Assembling:
- Burger Buns
- Tomatoes sliced
- Lettuce shredded
- Cheese slices
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato Ketchup

if it is sticky add little breadcrumbs and chill it for 30 mins.
