Chikku Popsicles Recipe – Sapota Posicles Recipe

You know how much i love popsicles, they have become my latest favorite and addiction too. I am making quite a lot of popsicles these days not only for my blog but also to enjoy on this hot summer days..This is one popsicles which i made for this summer, i will be sharing many more version of popsicles soon. So stay tuned.

This popsicle is made with fresh chikku. It taste so yummy and refreshing. Since it has only fresh fruit, it is good for kids as well..

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : 4 to 6

Ingredients:

Chikku / Sapota – 2 cups peeled and cubed
Sugar – 2 tblspn or more
Honey – 2 tblspn or more
Milk – 1 cup

Method:
Now take all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy.
Pour it into popsicle mould and freeze overnight.

For unmoulding, run it under tap water for few seconds and then unmould.

Peel chikoo
Deseed and chop them
Peel and cube sapota 
take all your ingredients
take chikku in a blender
add sugar
add honey
add milk
puree untill smooth
take your moulds
fill the moulds with the mixture
place the lid
freeze untill firm
for unmoulding, run the mould in some tap water and unmould it
