You know how much I love popsicles, they have become my latest favorite and addiction too. I am making quite a lot of popsicles these days not only for my blog but also to enjoy on this hot summer days. This popsicle is made with fresh chikku. It taste so yummy and refreshing. Since it has only fresh fruit, it is good for kids as well.
Ingredients for Chikku Popsicles or Sapota Popsicles
- Chikku / Sapota - 2 cups peeled and cubed
- Sugar - 2 tblspn or more
- Honey - 2 tblspn or more
- Milk - 1 cup
How to make Chikku Popsicles or Sapota Popsicles
- Now take all ingredients in a blender and blend till creamy.
- Pour it into popsicle mould and freeze overnight.
- For un moulding, run it under tap water for few seconds and then unmould.
