    Christmas Rocky Road Crunch Bars Recipe

    This may not be the traditional way of making rocky road bars, but i have given my twist to it and it turned out too good, you can never stop with a single piece. There are so many good things going on this chocolate and it taste absolutely heaven.

    I have already shared a version of this rocky road, But this is a updated version with new pictures.This is perfect for this season. You can put this in small see through bags and tie it with some ribbons and gift it to your loved ones. But make sure you save some for yourselves.

    I added all the good things including nuts and raisans in this along with lots of tutti fruiti and marshmallows. If you dont have tutti fruity you can add any dried fruits you like and any nuts of your choice. This fudge stays good for more than 10 to 15 days, so store this in a air tight container in fridge.

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Cooking Time : 15 mins
    Chilling Time : 4 to 5 hours
    Makes : 20 to 30 pieces

    Ingredients:

    Dark Chocolate - 200 grams chopped
    Condensed Milk - ½ can / 200 grams
    Butter - 100 grams
    Dried Fruits - 1 cup ( I used raisans and tutti fruity)
    Nuts - 1 cup ( I used cashews, pistachios & chironji)
    Marshmallows - 1 cup chopped or use mini ones
    Cookies or any Biscuits - 2 to 3 cups crushed


    Method:

    Line a square pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.

    Take chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a pan and melt on low heat till the chocolate is melted.

    Add in nuts, dried fruits, marshmallows and crushed cookies and mix well.

    Pour this into the pan and smooth the top.

    Put this in fridge and let it set for few hours.

    Unmould and slice it into bars.

    Serve.

    put it in fridge and let it set for 4 to 6 hours

      One ques from where did u buy ur sprinkler bottle.. Loved it tht u can store diff types together in one bottle.
