Nutella Fudge
I have already shared a version of this rocky road, But this is a updated version with new pictures. This is perfect for this season. You can put this in small see through bags and tie it with some ribbons and gift it to your loved ones. But make sure you save some for yourselves.
I added all the good things including nuts and raisans in this along with lots of tutti fruiti and marshmallows. If you dont have tutti fruity you can add any dried fruits you like and any nuts of your choice. This fudge stays good for more than 10 to 15 days, so store this in a air tight container in fridge.
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Chilling Time : 4 to 5 hours
Makes : 20 to 30 pieces
Dark Chocolate - 200 grams chopped
Condensed Milk - ½ can / 200 grams
Butter - 100 grams
Dried Fruits - 1 cup ( I used raisans and tutti fruity)
Nuts - 1 cup ( I used cashews, pistachios & chironji)
Marshmallows - 1 cup chopped or use mini ones
Cookies or any Biscuits - 2 to 3 cups crushed
Method:
Line a square pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Take chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a pan and melt on low heat till the chocolate is melted.
Add in nuts, dried fruits, marshmallows and crushed cookies and mix well.
Pour this into the pan and smooth the top.
Put this in fridge and let it set for few hours.
Unmould and slice it into bars.
Serve.
