Bajji is what i love to have with a hot cup of chai. I make them with any veggies or even papadum. But my favourite bajji is made with bread. It is soft in the middle and crispy outside. Normally bajji batter is made with gram flour and rice flour. But this time i added some wheat flour to it and it tasted just yum..
