Double Chocolate Fudge Recipe & Cheese Sale Announcement

I am giving you a heads up in this post, there is a cheese sale going to happen in your local Acme store starting from Nov 20th to 25th.  It is a specialty cheese sale where you can get cheeses in 25% off. So head over to the store and stock up on specialty cheeses.

Now coming to todays recipe..I have a weakness toward fudge. I love it so much, specially when there is chocolate involved. I have quite a few fudge recipes already in my blog and i made three new fudge recipe in a row. All of them turned out super delicious and they are so easy to make..

Tutti Fruity Fudge Bars

I made a delicious oreo cookie and cream fudge and nutella fudge and both of them turned out delicious..

Hope you will give this try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Setting Time : 2 to 4 hours
Makes : around 20 to 25 pieces


Ingredients:

Peanut Butter – 1 cup
Brown Sugar – 1/4 cup
Dark Chocolate – 1 cup chopped finely
White Chocolate – 1 cup chopped finely

Method:

Line a pan with foil and set aside.

Take peanut butter, sugar and dark chocolate in a sauce pan and heat it on low heat till the chocolate is melted. Now pour this into the foil lined pan.

Now in a separate pan, take white chocolate and melt it down. 

Drizzle this over the dark chocolate mix and use a chopstick or skewer to make swirls pattern.

Put this in fridge to set for couple of hours.

Cut into pieces and enjoy.

Take your dark chocolate..i am using the massive
1 kg dark chocolate bar which hubby got for me from russia
chop it up..you need 1 cup of it
chop up some white chocolate as well..You need 1 cup of it
Now take 1 cup of peanut butter in a pan
add in 1/4 cup of jaggery or brown sugar
add in the chocolate
heat gently so the chocolate melts
now it is almost melted
done
pour this into the pan
set aside
now take white chocolate in a pan
heat gently till it is melted
Now it is melted
pour that in
just pour gently
once it is poured over
use a chopsticks to make pattern
like this
now lets set this
put it in fridge to set for couple of hours
now cut it into pieces and enjoy
